Blue Flowers jump out of the glass in this very aromatic Syrah, with notes of rich cassis, blue and blackberries. Freshly milled cinnamon and clove mingle with hints of smoked earth and tar. Lively acidity on the palate meets Blueberry and white peppercorns with a subtle underpinning of savory wild game and pulverized graphite. A long decant is recommended for this age worthy wine to reveal itself.
