Tasting Notes

Black cherry, cassis, and warm spice notes emanate from the glass along with impressions of tanned leather, petrichor, and anisette liqueur. Opulent dark berry fruit shows in layers on the palate, interspersed with hints of sous-bois, black pepper, and cacao. The ripe fruit profile and full body are nicely framed by good acidity and chewy tannins, with the whole
of the wine culminating in a long, complex finish.

This cab has a lot to offer and will continue to evolve many hours after having been opened.
