2012 Proprietary Cuvee
Tasting Notes
Sweet aromas of candied blackberry, vanilla, blueberry and cassis jump out of the glass connoting a certain opulence on the nose. The palate is round and accessible displaying layers of ripe black and blue fruit and cacao, as well as subtle underpinnings of savory poblano, cracked black pepper and earth. Medium bright acid props up the ripe fruit elements allowing for a wine that is both agile and powerful, with medium tannins and a long finish.
