Tasting Notes

The 2013 Nicholson Jones Sauvignon Blanc is pale silver in color with a star-bright hue. Notes of lemon, apple, pear and melon appear in the nose with subtle underlying aromas of honeysuckle. Bright acidity on the palate gives way to ripe honeydew, cantaloupe and fresh cut grass. This wine is full bodied but maintains liveliness and freshness.
