Tasting Notes

The nose is replete with sweet wood notes, black pepper, and lush black and blue fruits, which are made all the more enticing by the accompanying lift of floral aromatics and vanilla. Layers of ripe fruit follow on the palate with prominent blueberry, blackberry, and cherry flavors that coalesces around medium acidity and an ultra silky texture. Given a few hours to unwind and breathe this bottle will reward the patient with additional hints of autumn forest floor and notes of graphite and wet stone which contribute to some additional length and complexity
