Cascading dark fruit on the pallet is soft and layered with a round and silky mouthfeel that displays ultrafine tannins, resolving in a long, brooding finish.

This wine is unabashedly Californian with its bold fruit and largess, though its myriad nuances suggest a certain old world sensibility.
