Flavors of lime, white peach, and papaya cascade over the palate and coalesce in a perceptible richness that is given lift and precision by mouth watering acidity and fresh saline minerals. Winemaker Julien Fayard creates remarkable tension between old and new world styles with this broadly appealing single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc.
