Tasting Notes

A nose of apple, Anjou pear, crisp bell pepper, and crème fraiche swirl in the glass upon first pour. Sweet fruit on the pallet shows ripe honeydew melon, apple, pear, and passion fruit. Time in the glass reveals lively acidity and tongue tingling mineral notes that balance the layers of fruit, which evolve to include white peach and apricot nectars that exude a sort of orchard freshness. Giving this wine a good decant and plenty of air reveals it to be complex as well as unpretentious and refreshing, checking all the right boxes for a wine with versatility and broad appeal.
